Job Summary
We are looking for a Cloud Systems Engineer Intern to join our rapidly expanding Engineering team who is passionate about developing cloud native methods for automation and monitoring. You will work in a cross disciplinary setting with both software engineers and devops engineers to ensure the scalability and performance of our ESG platform.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who has prior experience working in AWS cloud and has knowledge on network and security. You should also have a strong background in web security. You can expect to work with many Cloud-based tools (AWS Cloud) and be open to learning new tools. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with little supervision in an Agile environment.
Job Responsibilities
Your core responsibilities:
1. Implement and write code in Python and Java
2. Work within AWS cloud to implement various automations
3. Creating monitoring dashboards for the platform
Requirements
· Basic coding knowledge, in any language (Python, Java)
· Basic understanding of code version control systems such as Git
· Prior experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
· Strong understanding and experience working with AWS cloud
