Network Operation Center (NOC) Analyst - Internship

• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot :
  - systems operations
  - systems problems
  - network outages
  - software issues
• Respond to alarms and alerts from network tools
• Responds to incidents submitted by customers and internal staff via phone call / email / WhatsApp
