Responsibility of Position:
· Maintaining of cash book, asset register and accounting documents
· Assist in overall accounts for audit.
· Experience in preparing project accounts from medium to large scale.
· Use of SAP an added advantage
· Compile documents for overall and project audit.
· Invoicing, Verifying of staff claims vs advances in multiple currencies
· Maintaining/setting up of separate project accounts and ie GL reconciliation/audit trail based on funders requirement.
Job Requirements
· Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance
· High degree of competency in computer and internet use
· Fluent and conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
· Minimum 2-5 years relevant working experience
· Responsible and initiative to take on additional task as and when required.
· Willing to work beyond office hours and weekends as and when required.
· Self motivated and able to work independently

· 編製總體及專案審核文件。

· 根據資助者的要求維護/建立單獨的專案帳戶以及總帳調節/審計追蹤。
工作要求
· 會計或金融學位/文憑
· 具備較高的電腦和網路使用能力
· 精通英語和馬來語。
· 至少2-5年相關工作經驗
· 負責並主動在需要時承擔額外的任務。
· 願意根據需要在辦公時間和週末之外工作。
