• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the SOC vendor to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Oversee project execution, including resource allocation, task assignment, and risk management.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Address any issues or concerns that arise during project implementation.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Ensure compliance with cyber security standards and regulations.
• Prepare regular status reports and presentations for senior management.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with project team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with knowledge of cyber security concepts.
• Familiarity with Security Monitoring Center (SOC) operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Prior experience working in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous.

Our Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IBM suite of Security Identity Products such as below listed:
  • IBM Security Access Manager
  • IBM Security Directory Server
  • Implement and Troubleshoot SSO using OIDC, OAuth and SAML2.0.
