As an ERP Finance Consultant at Ambit Group you will be responsible for the implementation, user support, and training of Dynamics 365 F&O projects in the Asia-Pacific (APAC).

• You will be responsible for implement and training of Dynamics 365 F&O
• You develop concepts and propose solutions
• Designing, structuring and describing the processing procedures for operational systems accompany the processes in your everyday work.

Requirements:

Min Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent

At least 3 years of experience in accounting & finance

Proficient in MS Word, Excel & any ERP accounting software

Strong understanding of accounting principles

Ability to work in a dynamic environment

Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency

Knowledge of Mandarin is essential to handle queries and feedback to the Chinese investors

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

· Forecast payments from Vendors/Subcontractors for the monthly invoicing to client.

· Review invoices for accuracy and ensure that costs being in line with project budget and correct Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) code.

· Review Work Order’s and Purchase Order’s for accuracy ensure that costs being in line with project budget and correct WBS code.

· Budget setup, allocation and re-forecasting according to WBS structure and ensure costs are capture in Project Tools.

· Generate Variation/Change Orders and maintain Variation/Change Order status registers.

· Coordinate with other discipline Engineers, Project Manager’s and Deputy Project Manager’s, etc to prepare and generate Monthly Project Cost Reports.

· Continually monitor, tracking, review and forecast project cost and expenses.

· Troubleshoot abnormalities in cost reporting data and liaise with other disciplines as necessary.

· Close monitoring of project manning plan, review, forecast and update.

Requirements:

· Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business or Commercial

· Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a project related field in a similar environment

· Ability, analyze and perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted costs

· PC skills with proficiency in MS Office, and Primavera Software tool

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements, design, and customize integration plans.

• List down invoices above US$100,00.00 for Financial Controller’s approval and sign-off
• Update Quarterly Forecast file for completed & invoiced orders
• Send Credit Release request to Corporate Credit Team – USA
• Daily Customer Service Duties includes
  • Sending Tax Invoices to customers & related parties electronically
  • Upload Tax Invoices into Customer Portal
  • Respond to customers’ queries relating to Tax Invoices and other related documents (e.g. Quality Document Package, Commercial Shipping Documents, Official documents relating to Payment & etc)
• Generate Customers & Related Parties Statement of Accounts monthly.
• Send & monitor payment due from customers. Follow up with reminders via emails and calling.
• Assist Credit Controller in booking payment received from customer into the ERP System.
• GST (ACAP) Requirement – Monitor & follow up with Logistics/customers to obtaining export documentation on zero-rated invoices per GST Regulations.
• Company Income Tax Filing requirements – Monitor & follow up with customers & related parties to obtaining Original Withholding Tax Receipts
• Assist Credit Controller with Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Reports & Audit assignments
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned, which includes;
  • Mailing/Courier original invoices to customers upon request
  • Maintain filing of invoices, statements of account, receipts

The role of Finance Data Analyst, will be to drive data analytics (statistical modelling and visualisation)behind business decisions for FairPrice Group. The ideal candidate should be adept at using large datasets to deliver valuable insights to aid business strategy. We are looking to hire a driven and motivateddata analyst who will support our finance teams with insights gained from analyzing data to grow the FairPrice Group business.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and clean the data from various data sources to generate daily, weekly and monthlyreports
• Set up the automation of reports from data extracted and stored by GCP
• Create solutions to make data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across data sets
• Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysisintegrating various reporting components from multiple data sources.
• Work alongside with multiple teams and stakeholders to establish analytical needs, includingidentifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights.
• Design management reports, dashboards and other data products that provide insights fordata-driven decision making

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics orrelated quantitative fields
• 1 - 3 years of experience as an Insights Analyst, Data Analyst or Data Scientist
• Excellent data analytics skills, independent thinking, data oriented, and knowledge of analyticstools required (SQL, Excel, Python, Data Visualisation tools)
• Hands-on experience with large datasets on heavy transaction platforms. (Experience workingon GCP, AWS is a plus)Good understanding of broad finance and accounting processes
• Experience developing key metrics for business performance tracking
