The Role
As a Training Solutions Architect you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will be part of the team designing innovative solutions for army training programs.
Day to day, you'll undertake detailed analysis of requirements, develop innovative solutions and incorporate these into proposal submissions.
* Input to or lead training solution development
* Develop value-for-money means of meeting specified training requirements
* Support negotiations with potential customers and partners
* Identify, develop and maintain relationships with key external training stakeholders
* Identify and articulate training business opportunities
This role is full-time, 37 hours per week, with hybrid working options.
Experience Required
* Demonstrable experience of applying systems approach to training (SAT)
* Demonstrable experience of leading projects relating to training
* Experience of conducting analysis of training
Qualifications Required
* Educated to degree level preferred
The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance level for this role.
