Role and Responsibilities

Quality Systems

1. Supports overall maintenance of quality systems

12. Support and work with Supply Chain and Operation on supplier quality issues.

Auditing

13. Leads ISO quality standards implementation as Management Representative.

14. Conducts and leads quality audits to specific quality standards.

18. Responsible for ensuring timely resolution to audit findings

Training

19. Provides training for all employees on basic quality and statistical concepts

Job Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent experience in a field of study such as chemistry, business, accounting, engineering, etc.

• Certificate in Quality Engineering is preferred.

• Position requires 4-6 years of quality management experience.

• Demonstrates introductory understanding and ability and with guidance, applies competency in typical situations.

• Able to design quality systems to meet customer expectations and internal needs. New approaches and continuous improvement must be ongoing

We are looking for a Test Engineer – Vehicle to support in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects or inconsistencies in the railway's functionality, user interface, and performance.

Responsibilities:

· Assure sites are properly stocked with installation and test tools. And test tools are periodically calibrated per BT standards.

· Participate in the Factory Acceptance Testing in the lab and preparation of FAT plan.

· Undertake site commissioning activities of radio-based train control systems, including Functional tests and System Acceptance Test (SAT) and System Integration Test (SIT) and ensure that all interfaces to the signalling system are appropriately tested.

· Undertake test and commissioning of the On-Board, Wayside, and Radio system system

· Liaise with Engineering / supplier for any design changes and modifications necessary subject to test results

· Record, report, and endorse test results when appropriate.

· Ensuring that testing activities are carried out in timely, logical and cost effective manners.

· Work with Engineering team for the evolution of drawings (ie. mark-up, change order, and transmittals) until the as-build stage.

· Develop productive relationships with client’s teams to ensure successful handover and post-implementation operation of projects.

· Plan and schedule site ITC activities in accordance to the rolling programme, that align with the master programme

· Produce red correction based on the released drawings and

· Correct and rectify failures occurs during T&C phase.

· Raise NCR(None Confirmity) / MNCR (Material None Confirmty) / Fault report during fault found.

· Conolidate / track the following; records, software, hardwares, field changes.

· Implement field change orders

· Prepare installation and test and commissioning procedures / method statement for the communication-based train control system

· Verify the quality of installation works and raise concern if there is a quality issue.

· Troubleshooting, analysis in case of any issues encountered.

· Able to have a good collaboration with the wayside testers during interface testing.

· Follow up and Update Installation, Test and commissioning documents in accordance to the required specification for external interface.

· Interface clarification and technical integration of all COM systems in the area of installation, Testing and Commissioning (ITC) within the station, wayside and depot, including the interfaces to the existing and other systems.

· Produced and follow up report progress of the work

· Follow internal process to raise any non-conformities found at site. Trouble shooting of the system errors found and liaise with Engineering team for remedial actions.

· Knowledgeable about the CBTC system is preferred

· Liaise with procurement and logistics on material deliveries based on the testing to be performed and planned in advance for the pre-requisite

· Strictly Follow the safety rules, regulations and procedures as stated in the safety Plan for internal staff and subcontractor(s) working at site.

· Ensure all activities comply with Company OH&s policies and procedures.

· Periodic site audits on SHE issues and report

· Deliver tool Box Talk to the team working at site

· Produce risk assessment document for works that is related to the testing

Key Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, and Mechanitronics.

· 4 to 6 years of relevant experience

· Vehicle Signalling Installation test and Commissioning experience

· Rolling stock experience (optional)

· Knowledge with linux, windows operating system and command line.

· Have a good knowledge for the handover process between the installation, testing and commissioning

We are looking for a Test Engineer – Wayside to lead the Site Integration test activities related to the rail vehicles (locomotives, track machines, road-rail vehicles) within a CBTC railway signalling system by following project strategy, company policies and project targets.

Responsibilities:

· Assure sites are properly stocked with installation and test tools. And test tools are periodically calibrated per BT standards.

· Participate in the Factory Acceptance Testing in the lab and preparation of FAT plan.

· Undertake site commissioning activities of radio-based train control systems, including Functional tests and System Acceptance Test (SAT) and System Integration Test (SIT) and ensure that all interfaces to the signalling system are appropriately tested.

· Undertake test and commissioning of the On-Board, Wayside, and Radio system system

· Liaise with Engineering / supplier for any design changes and modifications necessary subject to test results

· Record, report, and endorse test results when appropriate.

· Ensuring that testing activities are carried out in timely, logical and cost effective manners.

· Work with Engineering team for the evolution of drawings (ie. mark-up, change order, and transmittals) until the as-build stage.

· Develop productive relationships with client’s teams to ensure successful handover and post-implementation operation of projects.

· Plan and schedule site ITC activities in accordance to the rolling programme, that align with the master programme

· Produce red correction based on the released drawings and

· Correct and rectify failures occurs during T&C phase.

· Raise NCR(None Confirmity) / MNCR (Material None Confirmty) / Fault report during fault found.

· Conolidate / track the following; records, software, hardwares, field changes.

· Implement field change orders

· Prepare installation and test and commissioning procedures / method statement for the communication-based train control system

· Verify the quality of installation works and raise concern if there is a quality issue.

· Troubleshooting, analysis in case of any issues encountered.

· Able to have a good collaboration with the vehicle testers and wayside testers during interface testing.

· Follow up and Update Installation, Test and commissioning documents in accordance to the required specification for external interface.

· Interface clarification and technical integration of all COM systems in the area of installation, Testing and Commissioning (ITC) within the station, wayside and depot, including the interfaces to the existing and other systems.

· Technical clarification and support relate to installation, testing and commissioning with subsystem, customer and consultant. Providing feedback concerning analysis of the technical problem and answering technical inquiries related to ITC.

· Produced and follow up report progress of the work

· Follow internal process to raise any non-conformities found at site. Trouble shooting of the system errors found and liaise with Engineering team for remedial actions.

· Liaise with procurement and logistics on material deliveries based on the testing to be performed and planned in advance for the pre-requisite

· Knowledagble in Requirement Management Plan

· Follow up and Update Installation, Test and commissioning documents in accordance to the required specification for external interface.

· Interface clarification and technical integration of all COM systems in the area of installation, Testing and Commissioning (ITC) within the station, wayside and depot, including the interfaces to the existing and other systems.

· Technical clarification and support relate to installation, testing and commissioning with subsystem, customer and consultant. Providing feedback concerning analysis of the technical problem and answering technical inquiries related to ITC.

· Produced and follow up report progress of the work

· Knowledgeable about the CBTC system is preferred

Key Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronic Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering /Computer Engineer

· 4 to 6 years of relevant experience

· Knowledge with linux, windows operating system and command line.

· Knowledge in networking

· Knowledge in electrical and software troubleshooting.

· Good knowledge about integration for wayside and vehicle testing

· Knowledge of installation, testing and commissioning activities

· Knowledge of relevant European and International Standards

· Knowledge of engineering processes

· Experience in project realization, preferably in an international project environment

· Experience in planning, installation, testing and commissioning of telecommunication and/ or fare collection railway is preferable

· Intercultural experience

· Knowledgeable with the cisco switch configuration

· Knowledgeable how to use the RF test tool, LAN cable tester, F/O OTDR tester and read the result.

· Experience of work on or around railway tracks and on vehicles.

· Good knowledge about routines after replacement and repairs of equipment.

· Good knowledge and understanding of the ITC process.

· Good knowledge about applicable test methods.

· Able to read and interpret drawings and circuit diagrams

· Good knowledge about EMC

· Good knowledge with interlocking testing

· Good command of English

· Singapore Special Requirements(Optional) if available is better

Ø Having a LEW license is preference

Role & Responsibilities:
Will be aligned with Customer Delivery project and will be responsible for testing various data warehouse / data mart solutions using Azure services and tools.

• Working on customer projects
• Analyze requirements, existing application.
• Design and development of test plan, cases, and scripts.
• Ensure that the critical test scenarios for release testing.
• End to end Execution of tests cases, scripts, validate, reconciliation.
• Deliver test plan/ cases in accordance with enterprise standards and within development and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with relevant team members (BA’s, Dev and QA) to understand project scope and identify and prioritize test cases and scripts and execution across data lifecycle of delta LakeHouse!
• Perform reviews of application code
• Develop in-depth system and application knowledge for higher test quality and coverage.

Must have skills:

• ETL Testing experience with exposure to Data Quality/Data Cleansing on Cloud platform preferably Azure.
• Hands-on on SQL and database concepts.
• Knowledge and experience of full software testing life cycle, Agile and DevOps
• Working & execution of different data management services.
• Good experience in QC. / Test case preparation. & execution
• Proven experience to implement BDD as a methodology for mid to large scale projects (1-2 years)
• Participate in story mapping sessions to define Acceptance Criteria
• Experience in implementing the test automation in agile & DevOps environments (2-5 years)
• JMeter, Pytest, Selenium and other data testing tools.
• Experience with at least one CI/CD tools set (1+ years)
• Familiarity with multiple test automation design patterns (Page Object Model, Data-driven, Keyword driven, Screen Play)
• Familiar with Azure Cloud services such as Azure Data Factory, ADLS, Blob, Azure Databricks.
• Familiar with data ingestion, data processing and analytical pipelines for big data, relational databases, and data warehouse solutions.
• Knowledge and experience in tuning ETL/ELT processes and SQL queries
• 3+ years of experience in data warehouse /or big data projects environment.

Good to have skills:

• Experience and Knowledge on Databricks
• Exposure in DevOps/DataOps in Azure.
• Test Automation for Mobile, Web & API testing, REST-Assured

Qualifications:

• Engineering graduates with a Computer Science background.
• Ability to hold dialogue with a client’s business and technical stakeholders.
• Good knowledge on execution of ETL/DQ/MDM jobs
