This internship with DressingPaula provides you the opportunity to work with our Marketing team in creating engaging content for various platforms, planning and executing marketing activities such as events, campaigns and photo shoots and collaborating with various stakeholders such as sponsors and influencers.

Responsibilities:

● Assist in for social media marketing, content creation and planning

● Assist in monitoring the Brand’s social media platforms

● Assist in monitoring website activity and analyse social media performance metrics;

● Campaign support – assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across

various platforms and outlets.

● Analyse insights and provide detail reporting

● Monitor and analyse fashion marketing trends

● Conduct research on industry and market related trends, target audience preference;

Job Requirements:

● Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Fashion Marketing or related field

● Pleasant personality and professional conduct with the ability to meet deadlines and

work under pressure

● Creative, resourceful with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas

● Experience in social media platforms, Google Ads, email campaigns, Facebook ads, etc

and digital marketing tools;

● Copywriting & Content creation experience would be an advantage

● Some analytics skills and programmatic experience would be a bonus

● Strong project coordination and organisational skills

● Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

● Passion for learning and keeping up with industry marketing trends.

In this varied and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with key media outlets and influencers to raise awareness of cystic fibrosis, the issues faced by people with the condition and Cystic Fibrosis Trust across the UK. You will also support the delivery of the Trust’s internal communications activity and support the Events and Celebrity Liaison Manager in managing the Trust's external events programme and cultivating and retaining key celebrity supporters and influencers.

As a member of the Communications Team, you will help develop external and internal communications on our research portfolio, policy and campaigning work and fundraising initiatives. You will also proactively monitor and look for opportunities for timely responses to the news agenda on social media.

With a fantastic nose for a story, you will have outstanding writing skills and be able to turn complex issues into compelling stories to pitch to journalists and to share with staff. You will be aware of the UK’s charity, healthcare, and policy landscape and have a keen eye on the news agenda, keeping abreast of developing trends and spotting opportunities to pitch comment pieces and reactive statements.

This team supports young people aged 14 and over who are looked after by the looked after by the Local Authority, young people who are homeless who are 16 or 17 and all care leavers up to the ages of 25 years.
