We are looking for a Major Project Sales Lead to be based in our newly renovated Petaling Jaya office.
About you
You are familiar with the construction business in Malaysia and have a wide network with the key market players; in this role you will serve as the Otis brand ambassador introducing and promoting our products and services into the to the major projects in Malaysia.
On a typical day you will:
Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers
Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries
Develop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids and tenders
Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets
Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
Conduct sales negotiations and close deals
Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues
What you will need to be successful
Relevant Degree and a minimum of 8 years working experience in Major Project Sales, preferably in the Elevator business
Strong client servicing mentality, excellent interpersonal skills
Possess high level of commitment and reliability
Target oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
