Responsibilities :
-To perform onsite technical support.
-To perform machine commissioning & preventive maintenance in a safe & timely manner.
-To perform on-site service visit to troubleshoot problems & able to determine the source of problem.
-To recommend corrective actions in shortest time required.
-To coordinate & communicate the maintenance services performed to customers.
-To provide high-quality after-sales service to customer & field commissioning.
-To ensure accuracy & timely submission of all service report.
Requirement :
-Minimum SPM qualification.
-No experience required as training will be provided.
-Responsible and Punctual attitude.
-Positive Thinking.
-Able to work with min supervision.
-Possess own transport, IT knowledge and Mechatronics Engineering relevant certificate. will be added advantages.
-Self-motivated, Positive Attitude, Fast Learner, Comply to company policy
-Basic salary range up to RM 2,500 plus other allowances depending on experience.

§ Followup on payments collection from customers
§ Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance works including planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance

§ Work independently with little supervision & able to manage service/Maintenance calls that require more time than anticipated without becoming frustrated or rushing through a job

- Greet patients & verifies demographics
- Creating, scanning & routing documents or electronic forms
- Inform patients what the document is & capture signatures on necessary paperwork
- Establishes and assigns financial responsibility and assists with arrangements while adhering to appropriate policies and procedures
- Collects co-payments, pre-payments, and payments on account balances
- May work through the registration work queue to address and resolve registration errors or denied insurance claims
SCHEDULING
- Work with nursing team & providers to coordinate & schedule appointments to meet patient’s needs, coordinate provider schedule
- Obtain and coordinate referrals & conduct pre-authorization
- Arrange interpreter services
- Check patients in/out
- Operate multi-line phone
- May resolve work queue issues, manage recall and waitlists, & serve as switchboard operator calling codes and paging providers
ADDITIONAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE
- Preparation & coordination of charts
- Organize supporting provider documents
- Initiation & collaboration of patient financial assistance
- Track patient visits & health information management on patient accounts
- Compile, distribute, administer, and score assessments
