Job Description

• Assist Sales Manager in new business development and attend to new business enquiries.
• Attend to enquiries from exisitng customer which include pricing enquiry, technical specification, follow-up of order and delivery schedule.
• Must be a master seller. Schedule meetings, sales appointments and following up with customers regarding order status.
• Build and maintain rapport with potential, existing & new customers.
• To achieve monthly sales target set and ensure outstanding payment collected within 90 days in order to enjoyed sales commission.
• To ensure that services and fire fighting equipment are delivered to customers’ expectations.
• Prepare quotation and meet customer to explain on quotation and job requirement.
• Assist customers in the submission of a Fire Certificate application. Training shall be provided.
• Monitoring sales performance and compiling reports.

Job Requirement

• Candidates must possess good effective communication and interpersonal skills with all customer from all level
• Candidates able to speak fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese language 
• Candidates must possess own car and valid D car license
• Candidates must have at least 2 years working experience in sales field
• Candidates must possess at least SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree in any field
• Candidate must be a go getter and agressive in closing sales

Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible assist the team in executing programs that enhance the company’s relationship with its independent distributors including, but not limited to, training, recognition, and motivational programs, so that they can effectively promote PERFECT’s products and business opportunity.

Duties and Responsibilities;

• Support the manager in organizing company events, associates training, recognition programs, incentive trips, and other associate activities.
• Coordinate company events, associates training, recognition programs, incentive tours, and other associate activities.
• Assist the manager in organizing and coordinating online and social media-related events, training, and e-learning.
• Prepare PowerPoint materials for open meetings and recognition events. Communicate with the field about any sales activities, provide excellent service to our members, and keep them abreast of company news and directions.
• Assist in aligning sales strategies, creating sales promotions to accomplish sales targets, and updating business and advancement reports.
• Travel domestically and internationally on weekends and nights as required at PERFECT events.
• Provide General Administrative support to team.
• Perform other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned or needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing/Nutrition and Food Science or related fields with at least 2-3 years experiences in sales/product marketing/training especially in dealing with people face-to-face.
• Sales and marketing hands on experience in either MLM or other related health food fields.
• Knowledge and experience in Direct Selling Company (MLM) or FMCG industry will be an added advantage
• Excellent presentation skills on stage, good communication skills, good team player with positive attitude.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and be able to write, vice versa (writtenand verbal).
• Ability to work independently, conduct event//training and able to travel on weekends/ public holidays if required.
• Must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

要求：

• 商業/行銷/營養和食品科學或相關領域的最低文憑或學位，具有至少 2-3 年銷售/產品行銷/培訓經驗，尤其是與人面對面打交道的經驗。
• 銷售和行銷人員擁有傳銷或其他相關保健食品領域的經驗。
• 直銷公司 (MLM) 或快速消費品行業的知識和經驗將是額外優勢
• 優秀的舞台演講能力，良好的溝通能力，良好的團隊合作精神和積極的態度。
• 流利的普通話、英語並且能夠寫作，反之亦然（書面和口頭）。
• 能夠獨立工作、進行活動//培訓，並能夠根據需要在週末/公共假期出差。
• 必須是馬來西亞公民或持有相關居留權。
