As a Sales Executive at Waxhand Artz SG, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively promoting our unique handcrafted wax sculptures. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our client base and enhancing customer engagement through personalized art experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Identify potential new markets and customer segments.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our wax sculptures to prospective clients, clearly communicating the uniqueness and value of our products.
• Client Relationships: Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Handle customer queries and resolve issues to maintain positive client relations.
• Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the management team to aid strategic planning.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Prepare detailed reports on sales activities and outcomes.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to inform continuous product and service improvement.
• Event Participation: Represent Waxhand Artz SG at trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote our products and forge new business connections.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role, preferably in the arts, crafts, or event services industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation abilities with a talent for engaging and persuading an audience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for the arts and creativity, with a keen interest in unique and personalized products.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
Working Hours:
• Full-time: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM
Location:
• Based in Singapore, with the flexibility to attend events and client meetings as needed.
Compensation:
• A competitive salary of SGD 1,600 per month, with potential bonuses and commissions based on sales performance.
