The job
The successful candidate for this role will be working in a small growing team and the position will assist the Company Secretary with the entire company secretarial functions across various subsidiaries and jurisdictions. This is a broad ranging and hands-on role which involves working in a busy team environment.

Candidate must be a qualified Chartered Secretary/ICSA associate  level with minimum 3 years of post qualified experience in handling corporate secretarial duties.
Possess strong knowledge of basic company secretarial compliance matters, maintenance of company registers and share certificates,issuing and transfer of shares and listing requirements.
Experience of convening and attending Board meetings plus preparation of minutes.
Experience of drafting board and shareholder resolutions.
Excellent written and spoken English is necessary and essential.

• Manage indirect tax-related projects and provide advice on M&A, business ventures to ensure indirect tax implications are considered by the stakeholders.
• Verify SST implication on foreign vendor payment and monitor the related imported service tax payment to the RMCD.
• Compile and provide information for Country-by-Country Reporting on yearly basis.
• Compile information on related party transactions for Transfer Pricing (TP) on yearly basis.
• Support GLs administration activities – extract data for reporting, manage details text in specific GLs, tax implication etc.
• Involve in tax related projects introduced by the government such as e-invoicing, etc.
• Involve in discussion and engage with the tax consultants for the proposals of consulting services (i.e., MD Status application, e-invoicing and etc).

As a Marketing Executive you'll ​contribute to our purpose to build a healthier nation through executing the marketing plans to support the Charity to achieve its strategic objectives. As part of the Acquisition and Retention Marketing team you will play a key role in developing and delivering campaigns across all paid and owned channels and creating relevant marketing collateral (POS, brochures etc).

​Supported by the Senior Acquisition and Retention Marketing Manager this role will be responsible for maximising acquisition and retention of beneficiaries across all of our trading and free services (B2B and B2C) - hospitals, clinical services, charitable 'programmes for all' and fitness and wellbeing centres. You will execute innovative marketing plans utilising all paid and owned (with channel owners) channels to drive acquisitions that deliver maximum ROI. The role will also execute campaigns to drive retention of beneficiaries across Nuffield Health products and services, optimising connected health, driving deeper relationships with added value initiatives and maximising participation of programmes for all and supporting people 'Living With Lower Resources' (LWLR).

As a Marketing Executive at Nuffield Health, we're looking for someone who has:

• Experience working with external agencies and internal stakeholders (trading/commercial, operations, internal comms, web team)

• Strong creative eye and experience developing campaign, creative and copy briefs

• Digital savvy - has an understanding of Digital and the role it plays in the customer journey and delivering ROI for campaigns

• Strong communications skills, with the ability to work well with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external partners and proactively contribute ideas

• Excellent presentation skills required, along w/ the ability to influence

• Will have a track record of delivering results through use of customer insight and integrated marketing campaigns

You may also have or be working towards:

• Relevant marketing qualification or working towards (e.g. CIM)

• Experience running and executing multiple marketing campaigns across a range of paid and owned channels to maximise acquisition or/and retention

• Experience providing local branch support
