- To conduct vulnerability assessment/penetration testing in its skillset and experience to gain access and exploit vulnerabilities in the company’s infrastructure.
- To maintain the Security Operations Manual up to date for use by all IT security personnel to cover duties.
- To conduct computer forensic analysis and understand the impact on the business.
- To research tools, techniques, countermeasures and trends in network vulnerabilities, data hiding, and network security.
- Continuous development of threat hunting and proactively identifying security incidents before they occur.
- To design and support the overall cybersecurity architecture of the enterprise systems environment.
- Applying social engineering and phishing techniques to manipulate employees into exposing or revealing information to compromise their machines.
- Maintaining standard information security policy, procedure, and documentations.
- Monitor identity and access management, including monitoring for abuse of permissions by authorised system users.
- Involve in IT Security project management and assist in identifying and evaluating vendor IT security solutions.
- To ensure compliance with the provisions of the IT Security Policies and regulatory guidelines.
Job Requirements:-
- Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- 8 to 10 years related experience in IT Security and with proven minimum 4 years working experience in managing IT security projects.
- Industry recognized security certifications, such as CISSP, CEH etc. preferred.
- Knowledge in IT Security methodology, Bank Negara Guidelines, PCI DSS, Risk - Management and IT auditing will be an added advantage.
- Technical knowledge of database and operating system security.
- Knowledge of network protocol (WAN,LAN) and security concerns within TCP/IP environment.
- Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques and protocols.
- Familiar with web related technologies.
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly language.
- Ability to prioritize, track and manage tasks and action items.
- Excellent communication, writing, analytical thinking, strong team player and an individual contributor too.

About the team

As a Program Manager on our Trust and Safety team, you are responsible for monitoring key metrics of systems, setting product operations processes to ensure that product strategies deliver better business value, programs and systems work together across our many apps to protect consumers and prevent abuse. You will work to push projects and operational changes forwards, implement policy changes and define new processes. You coordinate between product managers, operations teams, and policy specialists to get things done.
What will I be doing?
- You will be responsible for the Risk detection & Escalation process, including collecting all feedback channel cases, tracking and handling, and running case studies for strategy optimization.
- You will manage search result, search recommendation, and GPT bot experience by collecting user feedback and hard cases, conduct the root cause analysis, and come to strategic suggestions to product strategy changes;
- You will ideate and manage projects and initiatives related to search strategy and policy;
- You will set up key metrics and monitor the data performance to find potential problems and work with product manager to propose solutions;
- You'll analyze operations teams and processes – identify and remediating inconsistencies, improve cooperation efficiency and strategy effectiveness through product and process operations.
What should I bring with me?
- You have significant experience in a Product or Trust & Safety Operations role with knowledge of issue areas like Minor Safety, Hate speech, Violent Extremism or Bullying;
- You have a very good sense of data and can combine data performance with product strategy to solve problems through operational means;
- You have a proven track record of pushing ambitious products operation, and/or organizational or process changes through to completion in a matrixed and multicultural environment;
- You have an understanding of the landscape and new policy developments in new media, tech, and the entertainment industry.

Technical Officers/Environmental Health Officers/Lead Environmental Health Officers (dependant on experience) x 4 (Private Rented Sector Housing Regulation and Fire Safety Team)
3 x Permanent and 1 x 1-year fixed term contract opportunities are available in the Private Rented Sector Housing Regulation and Fire Safety Team. We would like to hear from exceptional candidates with a can-do attitude who will take ownership of cases to improve resident's lives.
Successful candidates will be appointed to support the priority work being completed by this team in relation to enforcement against rogue landlords, energy efficiency in the PRS, and fire safety.
If successful your offer of appointment will be based on your knowledge, skills, and qualifications on a Grade between SO2 and PO3.
The Service utilises a wide range of regulatory tools dealing with the full range of disrepairs in substandard private rented housing. You will need to be highly motivated and enthusiastic with a genuine commitment to achieve.
Our Technical Officers, Environmental Health Officers and Lead EHOs are expected to have excellent professional/technical knowledge in Private Sector Housing to enable them to deal with a complex and varied caseload. Lead EHOs are expected to act as a team Lead on a related topic as well as supporting and mentoring junior staff.
Duties will include the full range of Private Sector Housing related casework, including site visits, fire safety, housing inspections, HHSRS assessments, service of statutory notices as well as attending court and ensuring all case records are accurately recorded and IT systems updated. You will therefore have a sound knowledge of related legislations, common housing defects and repairs.
You will be supported day-to-day by your Seniors and a Team Manager and have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills through both internal and external training, this includes CPD opportunities and payment of a relevant professional fee.
