- Perform core SAP Basis administrator functions like certificate management, software installation and setup, upgrades and patches, performance monitoring, tuning and capacity management utilizing enterprise standards and tools.
- Perform change control, incident response, and testing processes for infrastructure changes or changes related to SAP Systems.
- Manage and respond to System problem follow the sun support basis and take part in trouble shooting, issue resolution and escalation calls.
- Collaborate with service providers and other IT functions including Infrastructure, Networking and Security teams to assist in driving ongoing tasks.
- Monitor, analyze, and identify trends for system performance and resource utilization.
- Drive utilization of Solution Manager in managing the technical landscape.
