QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in UX research, including at least 1-2 years in a management or leadership role
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience planning and conducting user research studies, including moderated and unmoderated remote user testing, usability testing, A/B testing, user interviews, surveys, and field studies across different platforms on mobile devices, web, and desktop. Experience on TV platforms and with Eye-tracking technology is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and distil it into actionable insights
• Strong knowledge of different UX metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Task success rate, Usability metrics and etc
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Familiarity with UX research tools and A/B Testing tools such as Qualtrics, UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Mixpanel, Maze, Optimisely and etc
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Statistics, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or any other related fields.
• Strong research and statistical analysis/ analytical skills; Experience working with data is a plus, either as a User Experience as a Researcher or Designer in a similar role
• A portfolio showcasing user research, usability testing, and interface design work (student projects/ school case studies ok)
• Familiarity and proficiency in user research methodologies, usability testing tools, and design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking for an experienced and talented UX Research Manager to lead and manage our UX research efforts. The ideal candidate should have experience working in agile teams, with UX designers, product managers and developers. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of UX research, from planning and designing studies to analyzing and presenting findings to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of user-centered design and be familiar with the latest research methodologies.

• Proven publication record in international scientific peer-reviewed journals;

• Have thorough understanding & fundamental concepts in biology and pharmacology for experimental troubleshooting & optimization;
