Job Overview
OW is seeking a Staffing and Talent Manager interested in joining an expanding talent management function and fast-growing region. Our Talent Management function is at the heart of the business, we work with our project teams and consultants to make sure that the right people are in the right place at the right time.
This role will work closely with the Lead Talent Manager for South East Asia to manage all aspects of the talent life cycle from consultant onboarding to exit management. You will be focused in the Malaysia, Indonesia and Thai markets. THE ROLE
Its main mission is to ensure that the team provides the service with the highest quality and guarantee its continuity as prescribed in the client contract.
