Job Requirement

• 1-3 years + or above of managerial experience.
• The Key Account Sales Manager must have a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or any other related filed. An equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable.
• Communication skills are a must have for this position, in both verbal and written form. These skills are especially necessary in building relationships with consumers and external partners. Additionally, the clarity of communication between the Key Account Sales Manager and Sales Executive and collaborating personnel will also be a determinant of the overall performance in the department. Job Responsibilities :

To represent RMS in acquiring for new key merchants to accept the payment services offered by RMS.

• To lead and handhold small business unit, focusing mainly on managing team pipelines and addressing issues faced by team members in closing deals.
• To work with HOD to outline any developed strategies to improve the businesses by looking in-depth into existing data etc. 
• To research, solicit and develop new clients/partners and opportunities.
• To contact existing key clients to establish rapport and arrange regular meetings.
• To plan and coordinate marketing initiatives with team members.
• To increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• To develop quotes for and present proposals to clients.
• To coordinate with leads from Tech, Ops and Support teams in addressing key customers’ requests and issues.
• To identify gaps and propose improvement recommendations in existing business processes to increase business team productivity

Ability to put subject knowledge to use. Basic Knowledge of Chemistry particularly water related.

Ability to dissect a process into parts and look at them individually to make a whole. Ability to grasp a new process.

Business related:

To develop business in the F&B sectors through cold calls to generate interest in the customer, understand customer needs and have the proposal made and executed to meet the customer needs and also to generate additional business to Diversey. Abiltiy to demonstrate value proposition and close the sale.

Ability to conceptualise and develop the complete solution for the customer to generate business

Development  and delivering of presentations and proposals.

Sound understanding of the commercial environment and efficiently manage distributors.

Skills:

Build sustainable and mutually beneficial customer relationships.

Ability to work in a team.

Customer Service:

Basic customer service by providing technical support to the customer. Problem solving during performance issues.

Maintaining a positive customer perception for Diversey.  Owner of the customer account within Diversey in all aspects.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the customer's processes and their Cleaning & Hygiene needs.
