Responsibilities
· Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, include but not limited to strategize and execute recruitment plans to attract the best and brightest talents.
· Understand business complexities to develop and implement detailed sourcing and recruiting strategies to meet the functions’ need for talent acquisition and drive efficiency within AEC industry..
· Serve as a primary point of contact and work with functions to fill key positions and all level roles.
· Understand and provide insight into the role, identify talented and diverse candidates for open roles from a variety of source channels.
· Liaise closely with other HR functions to review and bring new ideas to improve the recruitment experience and speed.
· Engage prospective candidates as a pipeline for future positions and building the Company’s employer brand.
· Access the Company’s talent markets to provide meaningful insights to the business.
· Generate reports on specific recruitment metrics, as required.
· Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding journeys.
· Assist in other HR related duties.
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree equivalent in Human Resources Management/ Business Management.
· Minimum 2 years of in-house and/or agency recruitment experience.
· Demonstrate core recruiting skills such as strong interpersonal skill; good communication with a high self-motivation and results orientation.
· Ability to work under pressure and to exercise independence of judgment and autonomy are highly valued.
· Working experience of HR Business Partner/ Talent Acquisition in the blockchain/Tech sector or/and start-up environment would be an advantage.
· Applicants with a proven track record of proactively reviewing and implementing recruitment as well as onboarding processes enhancements would be highly regarded.
- Any AEC recruitment experience will be advantage.
