Some attributes we are looking for

• Degree holder in art and design discipline with minimum 5 years working hands-on experience gained in the fields of visual merchandising/ retail design industry/ product design/event or pop-up design/ graphic design or a combination of above. Previous work experience in cosmetics industry will be a plus.
• Experience with a range of design packages; preferably with knowledge of Adobe Suite, Sketch up, AutoCad and other design softwares.

Duties and responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to all customers.

THE JOB:

The Conversion Manager's responsibility to manage all day-to-day conversion operations for Arena to ensure accurate, timely, and demanding completion of conversions between events, including but not limited to concerts, basketball games, ice events, mixed martial arts, boxing, and family shows.
