Roles & Responsibilities
Attend meeting with client's representative and consultants and sub-contractors
Review project specifications, architectural planning, technical clarifications and construction drawings
Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
Coordinates with consultants on design, technical and code compliance matters
Prepare, interpret and coordinate all types of drawings (construction/ shop drawings, as built etc) in relation to the project ensure prompt circulation and proper drawing control to be used or as reference
Coordinate and liaise with all Architectural services with other trades on site
Monitor progress and ensure compliance with Architectural specifications
Oversee all architectural works on site, ensure work activities are carried
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction industry
Degree or Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
