Requirements

• Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or bakery industry.
• Familiarity with bakery production processes and understanding of the challenges associated with perishable goods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and procurement.
