The Production Engineer is responsible for running his production line, including all incoming, in process and outgoing works for all products and materials.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• To perform optimal planning & forecasting of raw material requirement.
• To raise purchase requisition for production material requirements and to ensure that materials are properly stored in the factory

Requirement:

Technical Competencies

• Proficient in interpreting all production-related drawings
• Knowledge of building construction, application of precast and prefabricated building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform operation according to work instruction
• Handling of meat products, seasoning and panning
• Handling of vegetables, cutting and de-cartoning
• Inspect meat and vegetables products for any conformity problems and ensure that non-conformance products are isolated/discarded
