Requirements:

• Minimum Professional Certificate / NITEC, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate in Building / Construction, Property / Real Estate or related courses.

Job Description

• Assist the Building Manager in the daily operations managing and maintaining daily site operations to ensure all works adhere to legal regulations
• Manage and liaise with contractors for repairs of facility and equipment
• Conduct regular daily checks and inspections on grounds to ensure effective management of the facility, common areas
