Job Responsibilities :-

• Liaise with tenant and property agent for renting of properties
• Prepare and review all the relevant tenancy documents and arrange for signature and stamping
• Monitor and follow up with tenants for collection of monthly rental, payment of utility charges such as water, electricity and Indah Water 
• Handle repair and maintenance of properties
• Handle application and renewal of all the business licences and trucks permit
• Handle renewal of insurance policies
• Monitor the expiry date of tenancy agreement, licenses, permit and insurance policies and arrange for renewal before expiry date
• Prepare and update the monthly report for property, licenses, permit and insurance on a timely basis 
• Supervise maintenance and housekeeping of office equipments and facilities
• Ensure proper and up-todate filing for all correspondence and documents
• Handle directors’ personal matters which include arrange for appointment, travelling schedule, hotel and air ticket bookings as and when needed
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the superior

Requirement :-

• Work experience as an Admin Executive or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Willing to learn & pick up new things.
• Good self-discipline, driven and motivated.
• Able to multitask & fill in the gaps as and when required.
• Good working attitude
• Organizational skills
