Job Description

1. Manage and lead a team of draftsman/BIM modellers for a D&B project.
2. Plays a key role of coordination between onshore team and offshore team.
3. Coordinate with structural team and M&E team to ensure the final design is in-line with architect’s designintents and client’s requirements.
4. Ensure the Architectural designs comply with relevant codes compliances and regulations.
5. Review & verify consultants design drawings and translate them into shop drawings.
6. Monitor the schedule of design processes and submission of shop drawings according to Master Program.
7. Supervise draftsmen and check architectural shop drawings for construction.
8. Assist draftsmen to amend shop drawings during peak time to make sure that quality drawings are issuedfor construction on time.
9. Assist and supervise the preparation of architectural coordination and shop drawings for the project tobe used on site for production.
10. Disseminate architectural information to other design teams for overall design coordination.
11. Liaise with BIM Manager on the BIM presentations, clash reports, ICE meeting schedules andrequirements.
12. Any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as may be assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Degree holder in Architectural or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as architectural coordinator role. Experience in PPVC D&Bprojects is a plus
3. Knowledgeable in Singapore Code of Practices, regulations, and specifications for the constructionindustry.
4. Skill in Autocad & Revit

The Video Content Creator executes and produces creative project deliverables, across all media and digital platforms. He/she is responsible for the end-to-end production (conceptualization, scripting, directing, filming and producing) of digital content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all areas of video production and social media content from conceptualization to completion, including but not limited to copywriting, producing, filming/lighting, and post-production.
• Identify and capture latest trends and impactful opportunities to curate content strategy for social media and digital platforms
• Visualize production scripts, briefs and understand client requirements to produce high quality and engaging content.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of related working experience in social media, communications or production-related agencies. Related experience in social content production will be an advantage;
• Skilful in operating and maintaining cameras, audio and video recorders, lightings and other production equipment IS A MUST.
• Proficient in Video Editing Software, Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written & spoken
• Good team player and a self-starter and need to remain up to date with the latest technology and techniques.
• Strong planning and project management skills needed to execute multiple projects
• Independent, resourceful and able to perform under tight schedules and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Descripton

1. Good understanding in drawings and able to conceptualise what details are necessary for a complete set of drawings.
2. Reasonably knowledgeable and experienced in BIM tools including but not limited to Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
3. To produce multi-disciplinary BIM models in a timely manner and with quality.
4. Reasonably capable in doing multi-disciplinary modelling; expected to be at least well-versed in doing structure modelling.
5. To highlight model / drawing discrepancies, missing information or potential issues to Project Manager.
6. Able to propose solutions to the discrepancies.
7. Assist in preparation of BIM documentation such as RFI, sheets, schedules, 3D presentation, report, drawing list, tracking list, chronological order of events and time sheet.
8. Assist in the initial setup of BIM projects, including but not limited to project template, Revit family library, title block, CDE and workflows.
9. Assist in development of BIM standards, protocol and library.
10. To support collaborations with project architects, engineers, clients, consultants and contractors in terms of BIM implementation.
