Job Brief

We are looking for a proactive and highly ambitious Client Management Specialist/Executive (Key Account) who will handle our client accounts. You will build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, ensure targets for the client are met, and help the client to succeed. Reporting to Head of Gateway, as Client Management Specialist/Executive, your responsibilities also include overseeing client accounts, executing campaign plans, maintaining reports, and monitoring solution strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to handle special given task such as affiliates, partnerships, new channels or other new value added to help overall clients business growth.
• Responsible to prepare an annual plan/ JBP with target setting in compliance to client’s business direction.
• With high demand planning skills including stocks purchase or replenishing plans.
  Assist to provide guidance and training to the Key Account Associates. Demand training from platforms if required.
• Core responsibilities include relationship building, manage supply chain including demand planning/ stock management, campaign promotion management and monitoring, run business analytics & suggest solutions, ensure operation performance is up to KPI set and prepare required reports/ post mortem/ billings.
• Maintain close relationships with clients and strategic partners. Ensure clients issues are addressed and fixed in a timely manner. Monthly meeting & daily communication with client and platform PIC is necessary.
• Establish marketing planning and execution by employing business analytics to recommend and execute marketing strategy for clients assigned to complement to client’s overall business planning.
• Coordinate with internal departments: operation team, listing team, content marketing team, customer service team to make sure key elements are provided to each team to ensure key function of these teams can be operated smoothly.
• Coordinate with Business Intelligence to plan new and restructured existing reports for business analysis.
• Prepare reports and conduct performance reviews with clients and the marketplace on weekly or monthly basis.
• Maintain master product list accuracy and process billings such as statement, claim invoices efficiently on a timely manner.
• Conduct stock take and reconcile inventory reports (if required).
• Strive to push new initiatives to improve all SOP and processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in account management, retail procurement or project management in the fields of e-commerce advertising will be an added advantage
• Experience with online marketing/ merchandising and or campaign planning is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce/ Business Administration Management/ Marketing/ Finance is preferred
• Fluent and proficient in English language, Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in eCommerce Compulsory criteria in eCommerce knowledge.

• 核心職責包括建立關係、管理供應鏈（包括需求規劃/庫存管理、活動促銷管理和監控）、運行業務分析和建議解決方案、確保營運績效達到設定的KPI 並準備所需的報告/事後分析/賬單。
• 與客戶和策略夥伴保持密切的關係。確保客戶的問題得到及時處理和解決。每月例會以及與客戶和平台 PIC 的日常溝通是必要的。
• 透過利用業務分析為客戶推薦和執行行銷策略來建立行銷計劃和執行，以補充客戶的整體業務計劃。
• 與內部部門：營運團隊、上市團隊、內容行銷團隊、客戶服務團隊進行協調，確保為每個團隊提供關鍵要素，以確保這些團隊的關鍵功能順利運作。
• 與商業智慧協調，規劃新的和重組的現有報告以進行業務分析。
• 每週或每月與客戶和市場一起準備報告並進行績效評估。
• 保持主產品清單的準確性並及時有效地處理帳單，例如報表、索賠發票。
• 進行盤點並核對庫存報告（如果需要）。
• 努力推動新措施來改善所有 SOP 和流程。

要求：

• 具有電子商務廣告領域的客戶管理、零售採購或專案管理經驗將是額外優勢
• 有線上行銷/推銷和/或活動策劃經驗者優先
• 本科及以上學歷，電子商務/工商管理/行銷/金融專業優先
• 流利且精通英語，普通話將是一個額外的優勢
• 至少 1-2 年電子商務經驗 電子商務知識的強制性標準。

Job purpose

• To support the overall business objectives of the Group by managing enterprise risks, including Environment, Social and Governance (“ESG”) risks.
• To ensure diligent management of enterprise risks throughout the Group.
• To inculcate risk awareness in the Group.
• To assist in implementing strategies, policies, and organizational structure for the management of risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to the Risk Management Team.
• Keep abreast with emerging risks and report them to the Board Risk Committee.
• Regular communication with the Board of Directors.
• Acquire a general understanding of the processes of every department.
• Conduct quarterly risk assessment with the respective entities.
• Travelling often for risk workshops and discussions with departments.
• Prepare quarterly reports for presentation to the Risk Management Committee.
• Monitor Group-wide enterprise risks and assessing the effectiveness of controls.
• Improving the risk management procedures and measurement methodologies.
• Identify and incorporate ESG and Climate related risk and controls into the relevant departments.
• Undertake any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.

• Excellent written communication and proficiency with technical reports at board standard. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
