Job Summary

1. Plant & Facility Management  

2. Being a point of contact for customers (FCM Help line) and directing message to relevant staff.

3. Handling office administrative and clerical tasks, such as filing of hard copy (drawings & documents) & soft copy (drawings and document), and spare parts count update.

8. Coordinating FCM team members for uniforms, shoes, and event arrangement.

Position Summary

As the Aquatics Supervisor, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will help members improve their swimming in our state-of-the-art recreational and lap pools, both indoors and out. This position assists in managing and training all Aquatics Team Members. You will help members and guests by providing great customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 6 months of customer service experience
• 1 year coaching and/or swim instructor experience
• 1 year of lifeguarding experience
• 6 months of head guard or supervising experience
• Lifeguard and First Aid certified
• Successfully complete and pass all Life Time courses upon hire
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
• Ability to routinely bend to raise 20 lbs or less and occasionally bend to lift more than 20lbs ​

The Kids Camp Counselor leads children through a variety of activities including rock climbing, swimming, weekly field trips, arts & crafts, gym games and more.  They incorporate nutrition education with weekly-themed camps providing a high level of safety and fun for children from ages three to twelve years.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities including organized arts and crafts, singing, sports activities, games and field trips while maintaining a safe environment
• Leads a group of up to 10 campers ages 3-12 with a fun, positive and outgoing attitude while acting as a role model

The LifeSpa Coordinator operates the telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel in a manner that exceeds the caller’s expectations, presenting a cheerful and pleasant attitude at all times. Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist are responsible for supporting all members in championing happier, and healthier lives by building and nurturing relationships. They will provide branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions to help members feel and move better. They provide a positive member experience that is educational, supporting, and upholds the integrity of the Life Time Brand.                                                                                  

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention      

• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching

• Leads clients through recovery sessions using techniques like assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills

• Reads, watches, and engages in all required training's associated with the role

• Conducts stretch and recovery demos for new clients including pre-participation screening, Medical History, Lifestyle questionnaire, and goal setting to assess and recommend stretching programs              

• Provides fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety, provide education, and motivate members       

• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services      

• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan       

• Remains current on certifications, new trends in the industry, credentials and continuing education to advance throughout the levels program                                          

• Ensures all members feel competent, confident, and connected by providing superior customer service through complimentary and based services/programming

Position Requirements
