Our client, leading well known Fujian cuisine restaurant group in Singapore.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Accountable for the procurement, negotiation, and acquisition of food products from international sources.
· Cultivate and sustain supplier relationships while spearheading efforts to reduce costs.
· Collaborate with Production and QA teams to ensure adherence to product quality standards.
· Work closely with central procurement, logistics teams across various locations, and third-party logistics partners for imported items.
· Lead and participate in evaluations of vendor performance.
· Analyze inventory levels and oversee excess and obsolete stock.
· Generate purchase orders and uphold a meticulous filing system following established procedures and policies.
· Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, highlighting operational, service, and process gaps, and identifying training requirements.
· Fulfill ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma Holder
· Minimum 3 years of sourcing experience in F&B industry
· Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning
· Results oriented self-starter, analytical and innovative.
· Adaptable to fast-moving work environment.
