A well-established company in the electronic manufacturing field is currently seeking an Accounts Executive to join its team. You will be a key part of helping the organization to handle accounting related matters.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform full set of accounting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly accounts closing.
• Maintain the company’s Fixed Assets Register (e.g. arranging an Annual Physical Count to ensure that all fixed assets are properly accounted)
• Perform monthly reconciliation of statement of accounts to ensure all outstanding item are being resolved timely
• Responsible for invoices, payments, billings processing
• Review and update SOX documentation/checksheets
• Follow up closely with relevant parties to resolve any discrepancy

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree or other professional qualification in Accountancy
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in accounting line
• Candidates who worked in a medium size company to MNC with statutory reporting and audit experience will be preferred
• Experience in preparing AP, AR and GL
• Knowledge in ERP system (SAP) will be a plus point
