Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Product Intern with a strong engineering background to join our
team. As a Product Intern, you will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to
support various stages of product development, from ideation to launch. This role offers a
unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fintech space, specifically in the lending
business.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in market research, user research, and competitor analysis to inform product
strategies.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and gather
insights for product development.
● Support in analyzing user data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide
insights for product optimization.
● Contribute to the design and improvement of product features, focusing on customer
needs and business goals.
● Assist in creating product documentation, including user stories, product flows, and
feature specifications.
● Participate in product testing and QA to ensure functionality aligns with specifications.
Qualifications:
● Engineering background with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and familiarity with product
management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana) is a plus.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
● Prior internship or academic experience in product management or understanding of the
lending business domain is preferred.
