Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the execution of procurement contracts from working with stakeholders on requisition, sourcing, evaluation, seeking approval for award and contract management.
• Understands and operationalise the Policies and Procedures to meet with business needs.
• Ensure the delivery of the Procurement’s Service Level Agreements commitments.
• Participates and collaborate with various stakeholders in cross functional improvement projects including developing change management plans, evaluating the impact of planned change, identifying risks and mitigation plans.
• Participates in audit review findings/lapses and propose changes to governance policies and procedures
• Foster effective collaboration and ensure strong communication lines with key stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Only Singaporean
• Strong liaison and administrative skill.
• Understanding of Government Procurement policies will be advantageous.

The Planning Manager responsibilities :

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT) / Multimedia / Network / Instructional Design or relevant qualification
• Experience in managing IT School operation and E-Learning support for internal and external stakeholders, such as staff and students
• Experience in managing system administration of Blackboard, Echo360 or other LMS system
• Good knowledge of Windows Servers, network operations, PC troubleshooting, multimedia and video recording
