PURPOSE

• Apply visual presentation strategies that are in line with the current trends and
  specific brand aesthetics to promote various brands, attract shoppers and

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and conceptualize visually appealing displays for windows and
  store interior.
• Work closely with the Operations, Marketing and Merchandising team to

• In-charge of VM props and material management which includes

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Degree/diploma in visual communications/graphic design/interior
  design/retail management or a related field;
• Proven solid work experience as a visual merchandiser;
  Design expertise with comprehensive portfolio of relevant visual design
  work;
• Good fashion sense;
• Creative with keen eyes for aesthetic appeal;
• Experienced in using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop,

 Requirements:

o   Excellent in English communication (verbal and written)

o   Typing speed should be 25-30 WPM

o   Must be graduate in any stream

o   Good understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (US Medical Billing) Provider/Hospital

o   Minimum 5+ Years of experience in RCM.

 o Should be working as a Process Trainer/ Training specialist in the current role.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Train staff on basics, compliance, and processes of US Healthcare RCM.
• To plan and execute training that meets business needs and expectations
• Contribute to development, evaluation, and improvement of the curriculum
• Preparing and setting assessments and assignments
• Evaluating and providing feedback
• Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
• Responsible for designing, creating, delivering, managing, and monitoring an effective training curriculum, exclusively designed on RCM processes.
• Prepare training materials such as manuals, videos, and presentations.
• Creates and maintains a positive team environment that displays high levels of team spirit, motivation, and strong work ethics
