• Responsible for overall Sales & Marketing activities; including conducting technical presentation & bidding for tenders in the Environmental industry.
• Develop and implement business development strategies and marketing of the company's environmental products & services to clients.
• Preparation of costing for tender based on current market prices & conditions and help to secure tenders for the company.
• Provide technical expertise for tenders and sustain a strong relationship with existing clients and tap into existing clients’ opportunities. 
• Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives and execute monthly business plans. 
• Facilitate customer visits and engagement activities. Improve product marketability and profitability by identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Environmental Engineering or Chemistry, or Business Administrative or equivalent
• Preferably with more than 3 years sales-related work in environmental projects or chemical sales (example waste treatment & waste-water treatment, renewable energy, recycling business and etc.)　
• Demonstrated capability to conduct technical sales and marketing to clients and understanding of market trends, regulations, and competitors.
• Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated and self-driven. Proficient in negotiation, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Strong business mind and financial literacy and willing to travel. 

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin

Company Business Nature: Dehumidification and environment control solutions (Manufaturing of dehumidifiers, dryers, chillers, air purifiers etc)

Responsibilities:

• Require travelling to customer sites to perform equipment Testing & Commissioning according to design conditions, service & repair and customer support. Travel up to 75% of the times at site and providing support to customer over the phone.
• Diagnose, troubleshooting and correct malfunctions in electrical and mechanical on equipment. To minimize equipment downtime and ensure customers' satisfaction.
• Conduct equipment training to customers.
• Give technical feedback by submitting details field service reports.
• Communicate professionally with customer in service-oriented manner both in person and in writing.
• Help in promoting Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service and indirect sales on company products.
   

Requirement:

• Candidate will be based at the Johor Service Centre at Masai.
• Experience in Electrical Control Panel & Power Panel.
• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Engineering, Chargeman (AO), IKM or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5years experience in Electrical is preferred.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and willing to learn and resourceful.
• Able to speak and write in English.
