Position Summary:
Identifies divisional customer targets, develops a process to maintain visibility and builds relationships with decision makers to foster future business opportunities. Essential Functions:
Develops strategic selling approach with targeted potential customers to establish key customer relationships.
Understands key players, applications, requirements and trends within the foodservice industry.
Creates sustainable value propositions for potential customers that aligns GFS capabilities with customer value drivers.
Fully utilizes contact management pipeline software solutions to update team members on status and activities.
Creates and presents highly professional presentations for potential new customers.
Utilizes and applies customer profitability model and pricing strategies to negotiate customer contracts to ensure the new customers achieve a balanced segment portfolio.
Creates steady growth that is aligned with the organization and GFS distribution network planning.
Communicates and collaborates with internal and external teams.
Collaborates with key decision-makers and executives of accounts and prospective accounts to onboard and transfer customer relationships to proper sales representatives for ongoing maintenance.
Responsible for successful customer onboarding and transition to account manager.
Coordinates the demonstration or presentation of products and discusses applications, using samples or marketing material, emphasizing salable features based on price or value to benefit customer’s business operations.
Reports monthly to the leadership team regarding current and potential customer activities and developments.
Maintain knowledge of segment through industry magazines and local culinary organizations.
Demonstrate and deliver understanding of Foodservice Industry and operations.
Understand areas of customer focus, such as Sales Building, Staffing, Profitability, and Compliance.

About the role:
The optimal Senior Strategic Business Developer for Financial Solutions is an experienced sales and business leader with deep expertise in sales, financial information systems, accounting, and Blackbaud’s Financial Solutions pillar solutions. Key Role:
Join a team of developers supporting Ivalua, an enterprise application for procurement, payment, and invoicing. Develop new functionality, write SQL logic, implement workflows, and troubleshoot and fix bugs. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. Creation is seeking a Power BI Business Intelligence Developer in our Data Management Group with a strong background in the Manufacturing Industry. In this role, the individual will lead in designing, developing, managing, and maintaining the Power BI Enterprise BI portfolio. Work closely with stakeholders and customers to enhance the business intelligence reports and dashboards to meet operational objectives. Collaboratively support other IT team members to help design, map, and develop data views for accessibility. Responsible for quality testing with stakeholder approval and user acceptance testing following a release plan to deploy the applications in a fast-paced environment. This position will report to the Director of Data Management.Specific Responsibilities
• Supports the scoping of BI solution sessions with business lines to capture business objectives and prioritize opportunities.
• Develops Power BI data models that aggregate data from multiple data sources to meet requirements, configure, and set up application gateway refreshes.
• Creates mock-up reports for proof-of-concept reviews.
• Design and develop complex BI solutions, from back-end components and processes to front-end user interaction/experience components/requirements.
• Troubleshoot/test the solution and ensure the solution performs / performance-tune these solutions as necessary and document results.
• Document business expected outcomes, baselines, and value-add framework.
• Design and create interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.
• Maintain reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Optimize Power BI reports and queries for performance and responsiveness.
• Implement security measures to ensure data confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

IT Project Manager Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• P5 + year of IT related experience
• Proven experience (4-6 years) working as a BI Developer or similar role, with a strong focus on data visualization and reporting.
• Proficient in PowerBI with hands-on experience in creating interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Strong SQL skills and experience in working with complex data sets and data modeling using Snowflake or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (Kimball Star Schema), ETL/ ELT processes, and data integration techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to map and interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis (DAX), M, ETL (Power Query), SQL (or data extraction and integration tools) and performance optimization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within agreed timelines.
• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly in conversation and in presentations to both technical and non-technical staff and to provide updates to all levels of management and stakeholders.
Salary $90,000 - $100,000 per annum + bonus and benefits (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
