• Strong English communication skills.
• Exposure on mobile applications will be an added advantage.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Primary focus will be on creating efficient and user-friendly solutions that leverage Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Design, develop, and customize Power Apps to meet specific business needs
• Create canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portal apps using Power Apps
• Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft 365 services and external data sources
• Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports
• Transform raw data into meaningful insights for business users
• Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to identify key metrics and KPIs
• Develop workflows and automate business processes using Power Automate (formerly known as Flow)
• Build flows to connect various applications, trigger actions, and streamline repetitive tasks
• Ensure seamless data flow between different systems and services
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and end-users
• Gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide technical guidance
• Communicate effectively to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
• Understand the Power Platform environment, security, and governance
• Manage environments, data connections, and permissions
• Troubleshoot issues related to app deployment and access

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology
• Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English, and Malay language for both spoken and written
• Strong knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• Experience with Power Automate to automate workflows and integrate systems
• Familiarity with Power Virtual Agents for creating AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants will be an advantage
• Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective app solutions
• A good team player, proactive and self-motivated
