Job Description:
· Develop event strategies aligned with company goals. Identify target audiences, define themes, and create event plans with objectives, timelines, budgets, and logistics.
· Event Coordination: Manage all logistics, including venue, vendors, AV, and transportation. Liaise with teams and stakeholders for smooth operations.
· Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate on promotional campaigns. Create marketing materials for websites, brochures, social media, and press releases to maximize attendance.
· Sponsorship and Partnership Management: Identify sponsors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships. Collaborate on activations aligned with company objectives.
· Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets. Monitor costs, negotiate, and track expenditures to stay within budget.
· On-site Event Management: Oversee set-up, registration, AV, staffing, and troubleshooting. Ensure smooth operation and address issues.
· Post-Event Evaluation: Measure success against objectives. Analyze feedback, collect data, and prepare reports to assess ROI and make recommendations.
· Ad hoc tasks assigned by the team leader.
Job Requirements:
· Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Media Relations, Visual Communication, or a related field
· 5 years and above of related working experiences
· Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative event practices.
· Excellent time management and teamwork skills
· Proficient in English and Mandarin (able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and staff at the China branch).
