Job Description

1. Process invoices promptly and organize payment requisition from different project vendors;
2. Participation in project related meetings, meeting minutes record and follow up on action items;

5. Handle incoming / outgoing office correspondence, including project drawings and other relevant documents;
6. Receive, check and accurately record information in the Project Management Information System (PMIS);

• 向營運經理匯報，您將支援訂單處理並確保順利交付給客戶。
• 在 ERP 系統中執行採購訂單/報價/訂單確認等，確保絕對準確性，特別是交貨日期、定價、最小訂購量。
• 保持 ERP 系統完全最新，提供與客戶、產品和訂單相關的準確資訊。
• 處理和跟進客戶的銷售訂單，確保按時生產和發貨。
• 向客戶安排樣品採購訂單。
• 及時、準確地處理訂單發票。
• 提高外部客戶的滿意度。

職位需要：

• 商業管理文憑或同等學歷。
• 至少 2 年銷售協調員或客戶服務領域的工作經驗。
• 良好的 IT 技能並精通 MS 應用程式（Word、Excel、PowerPoint 和 Outlook），具有使用 ERP 系統的經驗將是一個額外的優勢。
• 以客戶為導向，個性開朗，積極主動，樂於學習。
• 積極主動、注重細節、善於分析、解決問題能力強、組織良好。

Job Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Operation Manager, you are going to support the order processing and ensure smooth deliveries to clients.
• Perform Purchase Orders / Quotation / Order Confirmation and etc into ERP system, ensure absolute accuracy particularly delivery dates, pricing, MOQ.
• Keep ERP system fully up-to-date with accurate information related to the customers, products and orders.
• Process and follow up customers’ sales orders and ensure on-time production and shipping schedules.
• Arrange sample purchase orders to clients.
• Process order invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Increase satisfaction with external customers.
• Coordinate and work with internal customers.
• Assist Sales Team on achieving sales turnover.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years working experience in Sale Coordinator or Customer Service fields.
• Good IT skills and proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), experience in using ERP system will be an added advantage.
• Customer oriented, pleasant, pro-active and willing to learn.
• Self-starter, detail-minded, good analytical, strong problem-solving skill and well organized.
• Preferable fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
