Network Engineer

Job Description 

1. Responsible for the installation, maintenance and daily management of the company's computer software and hardware 

2. Responsible for the daily installation and maintenance of the company's

self-compiled systems

3. Responsible for daily management, maintenance and 5S work of IT room facilities and equipment

4. Responsible for the daily management of the company's internal broadband and telephone systems

5.Office network maintenance, simple computer repair, printer troubleshooting, etc 

5.Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by Department Manager/Director.

Job requirement 

1. At least an associate degree or above in computer software and hardware.

2. Proficient in handling computer software and hardware malfunctions.

3. Understanding of the principles and maintenance of three-layer switches.

4. Proficiency in Mandarin, with over 3 years of managerial experience in the same position would be an additional advantage.

Working hours： 8am-5pm

Working days: MONDAY TO FRIDAY

工作時間： 上午8點至下午5點

Job Scope:

Production Scheduling

• Create and maintain comprehensive production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
• Consider production capacities, lead times, and resource availability.
• Optimize the allocation of resources, such as labor, equipment, and raw materials, to meet production targets.
• Ensure that schedules are realistic and achievable within the given constraints.

Inventory Management

• Keep a close eye on raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory levels.
• Implement systems to prevent shortages and excess stock.
• Develop strategies to minimize waste, especially with perishable ingredients.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely and efficient use of materials.

Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer demands, expectations, and special requirements.
• Align production schedules with customer needs and market demands.
• Communicate production schedules and any changes promptly to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain open lines of communication with production teams, procurement, and management.

Capacity Planning

• Regularly analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance production planning and overall operational effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement among the production teams.

Job Requirement：

- Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management, especially in food or bakery manufacturing.
- Familiarity with bakery production processes and challenges related to perishable goods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, sales, procurement).
- Essential knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards for ensuring food safety.

• Manage assigned Contract Manufacturers against Quality, Supply and Cost objectives throughout the product lifecycle, with an emphasis on Quality & Supply 

• Assist in the award decisions for NPI (new product introduction) and second sources 

• Oversee all day-to-day commercial issues in close collaboration with and support of engineering, quality and supply chain stakeholders 

• Operate as first point of commercial escalation for execution discrepancies 

• Manage task forces to contain and resolve supply and/or quality issues 

• Manage manufacturing improvement projects 

• Analyze and benchmark all CM (contract manufacturers) costed BOM submissions with assistance from component sourcing managers 

• Analyze and benchmark all CM NRE (Non Recoverable Expenses) submissions with assistance from component sourcing managers and manufacturing/test engineers
