Our client designs, the market leader in precision measuring instruments is looking for suitable candidates to join their growing business as Compliance Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform regular business audits internally across the group with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Provision of support and ensuring corrective action is being performed or on track for any audit point-outs.
• Working closely with the Company’s lawyer and support the planning of the group’s legal strategy.
• Supporting PDPA related matters for the group.
• Develop and implement risk-management policies, procedures, and controls across the group.
• Provide advisory services to internal stakeholders relating to compliance matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
• Candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Candidate must have experience in business audit, those with experience as a lead would be preferred.
• Candidate must possess up to date knowledge in any change of regulations related to PDPA.
• Ability to work well individually and is also a good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles.
• Candidate must be meticulous and possesses strong problem-solving skills.

• Salary: S$5,000 higher / Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
