Duties & Responsibilities:
The Cafeteria Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, and achievers sales target. This role involves managing vendors, optimizers customer experience and driving sales performance through effective strategies and operational excellent.
- Diploma in Business, Hospitality or related field.
- Proven experience in Cafeteria / Food Court
- Min 03 years of working experience in supervisory role
- Strong understanding of sales & revenue management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill and able to manage staff.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, sales tracking tools and Microsoft office
- Ability to work flexible hours.
Working Place & Working Hours:
Monday to Friday ( 7am - 5pm )
