We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for our recruitment agency, specializing in mass hiring across various industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions to meet large-scale hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in mass hiring sectors (e.g., retail, F&B, manufacturing).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet client hiring demands efficiently and within deadlines.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure seamless execution of high-volume hiring projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of mass hiring processes and high-volume recruitment needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is preferred.
