Job Scope 工作范围:

• Building relationship & network with stakeholders from various background.

• Responsible for consult stakeholders for risk management with insurance, will, trust, estate planning, investment, etc) (负责为利益相关者, 提供有关风险管理、保险、遗嘱、信托、房产规划、投资等方面的咨询服务。)
• Engage in sales and marketing events. (参与销售和营销活动。)
• Provide follow up on the policy servicing services to customer, i.e: payment mode, change in plans, trustee appointment, top-ups, etc. (为客户提供保单服务的后续跟进，例如：付款方式、计划变更、受托人任命、增加投资额等。)
• Providing professional financial advisory services, guiding stakeholders based on their requirement. (提供专业的财务咨询服务，根据利益相关者的要求进行协调。)
• Negotiating with stakeholders according to their requirements for contracts.

Requirement 需求:

• Applicable for Malaysian only (只限马来西亚公民)
• Diploma/ Degree/ Bach Degree (文凭/学位/学士学位)
• Part Time/Full Time/Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Worked closely with the Project Manager to plan, schedule, and program major projects with the anticipated planning program.
• Plan, organise , monitor site activities and update the work program accordingly.
• Demonstrated engineering experience delivering technically challenging construction works.
• Any other tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil/Construction/Structure/Architecture) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient using Primavera P6 – able to schedule and program projects and create master schedules, reporting, etc
• Willingness and competency to perform as part of a tight-knit team.
• Excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
