Job Description:

• This position develops proposal by aligning industrial problems with solutions through application of polymer and material science engineering and their use in our products and processes.
• The role is responsible for understanding customers' requirements and formulating the strategic product road map, design the experiments and test and establish the optimal product / process protocols.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Material Science, chemistry or other disciplines relevant to polymers and material.
• Experience in polymer formulation or processing, product design and particular interest in marine antifouling or pest control is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support process and efficiency improvement activities
• Responsible to source new material for internal R&D activities
• Align with factories on product improvement and enhancement
• Initiate new product prototype with new innovative process, material and methodology
