The Client Data Specialist is responsible to create, maintain, and troubleshoot GfK POS reports, and to ensure GfK data and reports are delivered within stipulated time to the designated destination correctly with high accuracy in term of data format and quality, based on client subscriptions. Create reporting templates in system based on requirement provided by commercial team. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting when there are report and data issue.
Troubleshoot issue with data, reporting system, and delivery systems by understanding all interconnected parts in between.
Ensure all reports are delivered in high quality and on time. Monitor report generation status and resolve any issue that might occurred during this process.
Communicate with stakeholders with local and regional commercial team on topics regarding reporting and delivery.
Discuss with international team to resolve issue from reporting and delivery systems.
Handle all Jira tickets and ensure all tickets are complete with high quality and within the approved SLA. Provide solutions and support on reporting related issue, requests or queries raised by stakeholders thru Jira.
Participate fully in delegated minor/major ad hoc projects.
Set up, modify, and troubleshoot GfK’s complex online reporting tool.
Post-process of reports by running automation tools.

Responsibilities include:
•Complete various aspects of recurring legal documents.
•Use general reference sources and legal research tools to gather information to assist attorneys and staff in performing legal research duties.
• Search internal plus external files for material used in a variety of recurring reports.
• Assemble file data or secures data from staff members into the proper format based on the purpose and nature of the report.
• Accurately input data for the case and matter statistical management system.
• Independently review resource documents and files to determine appropriate codes for the case management system and work hour input and reports.
• Research and review the documents by consulting with the attorneys.
• Produce a variety of written documents utilizing a range of automation software.

Required Qualifications:

The Opportunity:
The nation’s only College of Business, Security, and Intelligence at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) in Prescott, Arizona is seeking applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level in the Cyber Intelligence and Security (CIS) Department, starting in Fall 2024. The department is interested in candidates who can support our undergraduate and graduate degree programs in the areas of embedded and industrial control systems; wireless and mobile security; software and cloud computing security; and machine learning and AI.
Successful candidates will contribute to teaching courses in these areas, play a role in expanding our research capabilities in the cyber lab facilities, and mentor student groups and projects. As a faculty member, you will engage in scholarship of learning and discovery, presenting research in your field of expertise. We are particularly interested in individuals who can develop and teach hands-on focused courses across all levels of undergraduate and graduate education.
Our CIS department makes ERAU-Prescott a National Security Agency (NSA) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) designated National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education. The department has an ABET-accredited cybersecurity program, one of the few in the world, and is an invited member of the prestigious RSA Security Scholar Program and the U.S. Cyber Command Academic Engagement Network.
