The Executive/ Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Mobile Deposits Specialist's key responsibility is to acquire account deposits from customers and businesses and to build the opportunity to obtain leads for other products through HLB@Work. You will explain how products work and the services available, provide sales materials and support, create new leads and follow up with new customers. You will work in a wide variety of relevant industries, such as manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical, focusing on payroll accounts.

This is a sales role based in our branches and you will report to the Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads from internal and external lists including sourcing and developing client referrals to achieve acquisition goals;
Develop and schedule sales proposals and activities including calls to new potential and existing clients to ensure optimum pipeline generation ;
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships including client briefing and training and responding to sales enquiries by phone, email or in person;
Follow up on sales activities to ensure sales closure, reporting to management and ensure accounts are open in a timely manner;
Participate in sales events and roadshows where applicable;
Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development and carry out market research and surveys;
Ensure all tasks are carried out in full compliance with guidelines and regulations.

Requirements

Malaysian citizen
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Candidates without SPM but have at least 2 years of sales experience are welcome to apply

Summary of This Role

Install, configure, maintain, support, and secure the organization's network communications, including LANs and/or WANs. Identifies network problems, isolates root causes, and initiates corrective action. Determines priority of action and additional resources required, based on severity of service interruption. Provides technical analysis to all customers to isolate issues and develop strategies to restore or activate services. Interacts with Telecommunication Engineers, LAN Administrators, and transmission and RF staff regarding ongoing network activities. Ascertains compliance with security, safety, and environmental guidelines. Generates reports on network performance, trouble-shooting results, and routine maintenance of network elements. This role requires individuals to work within the demands a global 24x7 High availability transaction oriented network. Ability to translate business requirements into network requirements and collaboratively work with other technical teams to deliver an overall solution.

What Part Will You Play?

Install, configure, evaluate and make recommendations regarding infrastructure equipment as a subject matter expert

Load software, customize and configure systems and software to optimize resource requirements and audit the system to minimize vulnerability to penetration and abuse.

Install new or rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with TSYS build standards.

Automate the provisioning of servers, services and end-user devices giving users access to data repositories or authorization to systems, network applications and databases.

Review work orders and designs to provide critical feedback to the requestor and other business areas to accept, adapt or decline solution development effort.

Troubleshoot networking services and application protocols; direct other business and technical teams during problem solving.

Deploy changes in accordance with change control process; assist with the creation and updating of change control process guidelines. Support team members with change control process and escalations.

What are we looking for in this role?

Minimum Qualifications

Relevant experience or degree in Computer Science or another similar technical subject;

Deep understanding of TCP/IP;

Strong knowledge of dynamic routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF

Strong knowledge of all major switching technologies including HSRP, STP, VLANs, trunking etc.

Strong knowledge of other protocols such as GRE, GET, IP-SEC, Multicast and QoS.

Cisco IOS and NX-OS operating systems

Cisco ISR and ASR series routers

Advanced English level.

Experience with any of the technologies below would be beneficial:

Cisco ACI
Virtual switching such as Nexus 1000V
F5 GTM/DNS, APM and WAF
Cisco SD-WAN
