Kelayakan:
i. Ijazah Sarjana Muda Undang-Undang, Hubungan Antarabangsa, Sains Sosial atau mana-mana bidang setaraf dari Universiti dan Pusat Pengajian yang diiktiraf oleh Suruhanjaya;
ii. Kredit Bahasa Malaysia (termasuk lulus ujian lisan) dan Bahasa Inggeris pada peringkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) atau yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh Suruhanjaya;
iii. Kelebihan diberikan kepada calon yang mempunyai pengalaman dan pengetahuan praktikal mengenai isu-isu hak asasi manusia, terutamanya dalam bidang hak asasi dan hubungan antarabangsa, Mekanisme PBB dan sebagainya;
iv. Mahir bertutur dan menulis dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris;
v. Mampu bekerja dalam pasukan dengan pemantauan yang minimum.

i. Bertanggungjawab untuk isu berkaitan akreditasi semula SUHAKAM serta memantau dan merekodkan aktiviti yang telah dijalankan bagi melaksanakan syor-syor yang telah dikemukakan oleh Jawatankuasa Kecil Akreditasi (SCA);
ii. Membantu dalam hal ehwal komunikasi antara Kementerian Luar Negeri dan Suruhanjaya;
iii. Menyelaraskan kerjasama dengan pihak dalam negeri seperti Kementerian, Agensi Kerajaan, badan bukan kerajaan dan mana-mana pihak berkepentingan.

Section 12 empowers SUHAKAM to act on its own motion to inquire into allegations of infringement of human rights, in addition to acting on complaints submitted to it. SUHAKAM, however, may not investigate complaints which are the subject matter of proceedings pending in a court of law or which have been finally decided by any court. Such investigations have to cease if the matter being investigated is brought before the courts.

*Well versed with Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements,Companies Act, corporate governance codes and regulations and applicable companies legislation.
*Knowledge in share registration is an advantage.
*Good strong communication skills with good command of English, both spoken and written.

*確保按照公司法、馬來西亞證券交易所上市要求的要求及時提交法定表格、申報表和通知。
*協助公司秘書處理公司秘書和股份登記服務的各個方面。
*協助準備年度報告和股東通函，並為公司活動提供公司秘書支援。
候選人的技能和經驗
*年齡在 30-45 歲之間的馬來西亞女性。
*ICSA 合格畢業生。
*擁有 5-8 年公司秘書工作經驗，並接觸過上市環境。
*熟悉馬來西亞證券交易所上市要求、公司法、公司治理準則和法規以及適用的公司立法。
*了解股票登記是個優勢。
*良好的溝通能力，良好的英語口語和書面能力。
