Summary

Responsibilities:

• Bridge the gap between IT strategy and customer experience, continuously improving operational policies and procedures for optimal user satisfaction.
• Own the application development lifecycle for the Actimize product suite, leveraging your expertise as both a hands-on developer and a subject matter expert (SME) to drive project success.
• Lead and mentor geographically dispersed technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. You'll identify skill gaps, provide guidance, and actively engage in training initiatives.
• Champion code quality by conducting thorough code reviews, ensuring maintainability, security, and adherence to best practices.
• Manage project lifecycles, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery within established timeframes and budgets while aligning with the Actimize delivery methodology.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are tightly integrated with overall business objectives.
• Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies, strategically incorporating these advancements to elevate technical solutions.

• Partner with pre-sales to design and present compelling solutions to potential new customers, and assist with RFI/RFP responses.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

• Prior experience leading a technical team, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving shared goals.
• Extensive experience in the Financial Services domain, ideally with a focus on Financial Crime and Compliance.
• A proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise solutions to Tier 1 organizations, demonstrating end-to-end expertise.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and effectively address concerns in a consulting or professional services capacity.
• A commitment to continuous learning, possessing the agility to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends to ensure your team remains at the forefront.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant experience
