Reporting to the SCM manager, you will be in charge of day-to-day sales administration & order processing support to Singapore local & export sales team.

Duties predominantly include: order entry in SAP/ delivery arrangement/ return goods processing/ import, export documentation/ submission of product approbation (IMDA) documents/ general sales support matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Order processing

- SAP order entry, invoice preparation, logistic arrangement, tracking.

- Work with 3PLs to schedule shipment booking & transportation, arrange shipping documentation for import/export declaration. Ensure timely processing of shipments & deliveries to meet monthly sales closing deadlines.

- Inspecting outgoing orders are compliant with required shipping documents, approbation certificates prior to shipmen·

Sales admin support

- Support sales team on paperwork: receiving customer POs, check PO prices, letter of credit, distributor/trading terms agreement.

- Assist with customer correspondence. Provide timely shipping advice to customers & to respond to queries on shipments/ deliveries.

- General document filing work.

Return goods (RMA) processing.

- End-to-end follow through of process, liaising with relevant stakeholders eg. sales team, customer support, warehouse personnel.

Filling of approbation documents

- Preparation of documents and liaise with Supplier, local authorities (IMDA) for product approbations

Job Requirements:

• Polytechnic Diploma/ University Degree
• Minimum 2 years work experience in similar role, preferably with large organizations
• Versed in Microsoft Office, familiar with SAP, Salesforce
• Methodical, well organized, attention to detail.
• Excellent rapport with customers.
• Superb time management. Able to co-ordinate activities amongst stakeholders.
