-Maintain inventory accuracy and physical inventory counts, including receiving, stocking, moving and rotation of material, while enforcing preventive and corrective maintenance.
-Maintain proper storage and security of materials, and arrange storage to ensure that materials are available at needed locations.
-Create and maintain inventory systems and procedures, including processes for delivery order, invoices, productivity reports and other documentation.
-Maintains the daily shipping and receiving schedule.
-Collaborates with the warehouse supervisor and associates.
-Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.

JOB SCOPE :
- Plan and schedule activities in warehouse encompassing finished goods, raw materials and production support team. Supervise all warehouse operational issues, which include store housekeeping, store administrative duties and stock physicals inventories.
- Coordinate logistics requirement pertaining to transportation and all forms of export documentations.
- Assist in arrangement of goods at the store while the transporters / suppliers / customers arrive to the plant. Make sure that the quantity in / out is equal to our purchase order / delivery order.
- Make sure that the stock level is updated which may including packaging materials and finished products. FIFO practice [Quarterly Basis]
- Assure company’s products quality, packing & labeling images before deliver to client.
- Handling stock control
- Ensure working environment is clean, tidy and safety.
- To assist other duties and responsibilities that maybe assign from time to time.
- Monitor and achieve company quality objective target.
REQUIREMENT :
- Must possess minimum Secondary School / SPM / “O” level / Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience required.
- PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office with good typing skills.
- Knowledge of the requirement of ISO 9001:2015 is essential.
